These offerings are delivered either as one-time purchases (such as individual courses or toolkits) or as recurring services (such as monthly/annual premium plans).

As a digital service provider, our cancellation policy is designed to:

Provide fair cancellation options to genuine users who may have valid reasons for discontinuing a service

Our cancellation rules vary depending on the type of product or service purchased, and whether the content has already been accessed, downloaded, or partially completed.

Eligibility Criteria for Course Cancellations:

You may be eligible to cancel your enrollment in a course and request a refund only under the following conditions:

Your cancellation request is made within 7 calendar days of purchase
You have not completed more than 10% of the course material
You have not downloaded any materials, such as PDFs, templates, or Excel sheets
You have not received any 1-on-1 mentorship (if included in the course plan)

Any course for which the user has consumed a significant portion of content, received personalized mentorship, or downloaded digital tools will be ineligible for cancellation or refund.

Reason for This Policy:

Because our products are digital and intellectual in nature, they are considered “delivered” once accessed or downloaded. We strive to protect our proprietary content while also giving users a reasonable trial window to evaluate course suitability.

Subscription Service Cancellations

FXEmpire offers subscription-based services that may include:

Monthly and annual membership plans
Access to exclusive trading tools
AI-based signals and technical analysis
Premium newsletters and real-time data insights

Monthly Subscription Cancellations:

You can cancel your monthly subscription any time before the next billing cycle.
Cancellations will stop all future billing, but your access to premium features will remain active until the end of the current cycle.
No pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused days during an active billing period.

Annual Subscription Cancellations:

You may request cancellation within 14 days of initial purchase for a full refund, only if you have not accessed core tools or exclusive features.
After 14 days, cancellation will stop future auto-renewal, but no refund will be issued for the remaining months.
Annual members will retain access to features until the current 12-month term ends.

Special Plans, Free Trials & Promotional Offers:

If your subscription was initiated during a limited-time offer or discounted plan, cancellation and refund options may vary.
Most promotional plans are non-refundable, and this will be clearly disclosed at the time of sign-up.
If your plan included a free trial, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request cancellation of a course, subscription, or service, you must send a written request via email or use our website’s account dashboard.

Steps to Cancel a Course or Subscription:

Go to “My Account” → “Billing” or “My Courses”
Select the course or subscription you wish to cancel
Click on the “Cancel” or “Request Cancellation” button
For course cancellations, you must email us at support@fxempire.online with:
- Your full name
- Email address used during purchase
- Course or service name
- Reason for cancellation

Response Time:

Our support team will respond within 3–5 business days. If your cancellation is approved, you will receive confirmation via email. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.

Services Not Eligible for Cancellation or Refund

To maintain ethical standards and fair use of our platform, the following services are not eligible for cancellation or refund under any condition:

One-on-one mentorship sessions that have already been delivered
Trading signals or AI-based tools that have been accessed
Custom-built trading strategies or reports tailored to an individual user
Live webinars, bootcamps, or workshops where attendance was marked
Any form of account or trading losses resulting from the application of our educational content

We clearly communicate that FXEmpire is not a brokerage or financial advisory firm. We offer education, not investment advice, and we do not accept responsibility for trading outcomes, profit or loss.

Disclaimers & Legal Notice

FXEmpire reserves the right to deny cancellation requests if abuse of the policy is suspected (e.g., multiple refunds from the same user, content scraping, etc.)
In case of chargeback or payment disputes, your account will be suspended until the issue is resolved
FXEmpire’s liability is limited to the value of the product purchased; we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses
