You Are NOT Eligible for a Refund If:

You have completed the course or accessed a majority of its lessons.
You have downloaded course content or resources.

You are seeking a refund for trading-related losses or subscriptions to non-educational services.

FXEmpire reserves the right to review user activity on the course platform to assess eligibility before granting any refund.
